Julie Biuso: Julie has a passion for food; having begun her career at the Cordon Bleu School of Cookery in London she later became Principal of the franchised Cordon Bleu Cookery School in NZ. From there her own cooking school, La Dolce Vita, was opened but eventually shifted gears to pursue a writing career. She has had a long and successful career in food journalism, and on radio and television including being a regular guest on breakfast tv for 5 years and having her own tv series on Italian cuisine.
Victoria Wells: Victoria Wells is a journalist and lover of food. She runs her own freelance writing and communications business and prior to that was the editor of Dish magazine for seven years.
Victoria is delighted to again be part of this event and fundraising efforts for Totara Hospice.
Grant Allen: Grant Allen is a private chef, food writer and food stylist. He specialises in pop up dinners and events, whether private, corporate or promotional.
His food is known for being uncomplicated, ingredient driven and New Zealand focused.
Will Martin: This year we will be welcoming Will Martin who will be treating us to songs from his brand new record – ‘By Request’. Will is an internationally acclaimed recording artist and entertainer who has performed world-wide at such venues as Westminster Abbey, Wembley Stadium and being the New Zealand Rugby Union’s national anthem singer of choice for ten All Blacks’ test matches.
